George Garza

George Garza is the founder and president of TechStart.com. Inc. a technology company dedicated to providing low cost high tech solutions to small business. Garza has been a leader in the San Antonio Technology community since 1977 when he started a vending company specializing in State of the Art Video Games. As the digital age exploded during the early eighties so did Garza's Road Runner Amusement a company Garza financed from repairing vintage Pinball machines. In 1985 Garza purchased Micro Genesis San Antonio's 1st Personal Computer "clone" shop for $ 10,000.00. As micro computers began to evolve Garza rode the technological wave into the 21st Century. Garza has identified 3 key areas common to all businesses; Connection, Protection and Control. Through his current company TechStart, Garza "connects" his customers by providing Telephone and Computer cabling. He provides physical "protection" through his Authorized ADT Security Dealership installing State of the Art Digital Security Alarms and Cameras. He empowers his customers with "control" by helping them mange their computer networks remotely. By putting their Security Cameras on the Internet his customers can "see" what is going on at anytime.

Garza and his company TechStart have been featured in San Antonio Business Journal and the San Antonio Express News for providing his services to high profile customers such as the 31 local Dominos Pizza Stores and the Red McCombs Automobile Dealership. In addition to San Antonio Garza has branches in Austin, Corpus Christi, Laredo, Eagle pass, and Brownsville. Garza's personal passions are Technology and Theology. He currently serves on the board of His Greater Works Ministry. He and his wife Viva have 3 children.
